I then used REVO uninstaller to remove any traces of files it saw, and to delete SIV since the uninstaller wasn't working. I uninstalled all gigabyte software I could find in Control Panel and Settings, then went through every possible install directory and deleted any folder having anything to do with Gigabyte. I then decided to attempt a clean reinstall of all Gigabyte software on my system. msi file listed appeared to be the uninstaller for SIV. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package." The. I attempted to then manually uninstall SIV, but it kept giving me the error: "This installation package cannot be opened. App center notified me there was an update to SIV, and when I selected it it would download the app, but it gets stuck "installing" forever. Every time I opened it it would calibrate the fans, and when I hit "Apply" it would reset the fan curves I had made after closing it. I'm not sure exactly what triggered it, but at some point SIV stopped saving my settings. I have a Z390 Aorus Ultra, and I'm running the latest version of Windows with as little software as possible (so this isn't a conflict between pieces of software). I am very well-versed in PC building, and software troubleshooting, but this one has me stuck.
